The forging plant is a specialized enterprise with a full cycle of manufacturing hot-forged blanks for subsequent mechanical processing.
Previously, the plant implemented SAP MES, but it was ineffective, and its functionality was not fully utilized.
Additionally, plant personnel refused to work with the system due to its complexity.
